My commission work often springs from my studio practice, below.  This body of work grows out of a gut-level sense that we need interesting surfaces to gaze at for a little while each day as an antidote to electronic screens, like the one displaying these very words.  In physical space and time, the works below offer viewers pixelated, abstract, textural, still surfaces to contemplate:
